    How do I Reset a BioSig-ID™ Password?

    Follow

From time-to-time, you may need to reset your BioSig-ID password.  After failing to validate three times, you will be prompted to authorize via a token received through email.  Below, we have documented the steps in the password reset process.

1.)  Fail to validate your identity three times.

If the email shown in this box is not yours, please submit a support ticket and provide us with the email address shown.  Also be sure to provide the NMLS-ID# showing at the top of the BioSig-ID page and your personal NMLS-ID number.   This usually happens when either you are enrolled with the wrong NMLS-ID number or someone else has inadvertently enrolled using your NMLS-ID number.

Also if you are using a company email address, your company may have a spam filter in place that is preventing delivery of emails from no-reply@biosig-id.com.  If you are able, please permit, release, or allow delivery of these emails.  Alternatively, you may want to update your email with your course provider to a personal email account such as a Gmail or other email provider.

3.) Within this email, you will receive an authorization code.

What if I accidentally closed or refreshed the BioSig-ID page?
