    The BioSig page is asking me to "Validate" my identity, what does that mean?


    To "Validate", you will enter the BioSig password you previously created.   

    The BioSig password is your unique code regardless of the provider.   The code will stay the same from year to year until you change it. 

    If you do not recall your password, follow the steps to reset your password.
